Controller
Reporting directly to the CFO & Treasurer, the Controller is responsible for the Foundation's overall accounting and regulatory environment and manages the accuracy and delivery of financial information to internal and external parties. The position works collaboratively with Investment Operations on execution of joint investment/accounting responsibilities and strategies.
Digital Marketing and Analytics Director
The digital marketing and analytics director is responsible for leading the efforts to develop and implement effective marketing and analytics operations across the RWJF website and related properties. Reporting directly to the senior director, Communications the digital marketing and analytics director will work collaboratively with staff to advance the Foundation's efforts to track appropriate analytics in order to properly evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing efforts digital strategy goals.
Vice President of Communications
Reporting to the President/CEO, the vice president of Communications will be responsible for developing and implementing a dynamic communications program which will proactively advance the interests of the Foundation's policy and programmatic agenda.
Human Resources Generalist (part-time)
The human resources generalist is a hands-on professional that works within the HR team to deliver and support the analysis, development, implementation, administration and monitoring of human resources policies, programs and operations in the key functional areas of benefits administration and recruitment/selection, along with employment, compensation, general employee relations, and employee development and training. Provides pro-active planning and day-to-day solutions, expert counsel, and accurate and timely HR information and service to Foundation staff and related clients. Provides a high-level of integrity, a strong depth of knowledge, and a pro-active approach that result in excellent customer service. This part-time (80%) exempt appointment is eligible to participate in our full benefits program.
Investment Officer: Portfolio Management
The investment officer, Portfolio Management is a professional staff member responsible for the oversight of the asset allocation and risk management activities and analysis/implementation of portfolio level transactions such as the equity overlay. More broadly, the individual is expected to be a well integrated member of, and positive contributor to, the overall Investment Team.
Senior Program Officer (Human Capital)
The senior program officers are professional staff responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's initiatives to improve the health and health care of all Americans. Their primary responsibilities include providing intellectual and organizational leadership in designing and implementing new initiatives, evaluating proposals, monitoring programs and grants, learning from program investments and activities, and creating impact through dissemination of knowledge. As with staff at all levels of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, senior program officers are expected to demonstrate a passionate commitment to the Foundation's mission of improving health and health care for all Americans and to the guiding principles and promise that undergird that mission.
Assistant Vice President
Reporting directly to the vice president (VP), Research and Evaluation, the assistant vice president (AVP), Research and Evaluation, is part of the senior leadership team of the Research and Evaluation Unit. Along with the VP, the AVP will be responsible for strategic and tactical decisions of the Research and Evaluation unit as well as effective and efficient management and functioning of the unit.
Program Officer
Reporting directly to the vice president, Research and Evaluation (R&E) with a matrix reporting relationship to team director, this program officer will work with the Childhood Obesity Team and be responsible for creating, developing, implementing and managing the research and evaluation aspects of the Foundation's initiatives to improve health and health care.
