Purpose: |
Partners Investing in Nursing’s Future (PIN), a collaborative initiative of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) and the Northwest Health Foundation (NWHF), addresses nursing issues at the community level through funding partnerships with local and regional foundations. We intend for this initial investment of funds to create a financial incentive for local and regional foundations to work on nursing workforce issues. The local foundation partnership is responsible for sustaining and expanding the project’s work at the conclusion of the funding period. |
