Roshani Desai, MBA, joined the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in 2007. In her role as PSC Administrative Coordinator, she provides support to Pioneer, Coverage, and Human Capital team members, and has gained hands-on experience working with the Quality/Equality and Human Capital teams. She has assisted with the coordination and management of the RWJF Alumni Network and worked with the Pioneer team on various projects, including coordinating the team’s presence at various conferences.
Desai is a member of the RWJF Process Improvement Group and the Program Service Center. While working full time at the Foundation, Desai completed her Bachelors in Business Administration and was awarded an MBA from Georgian Court University.
Born and raised in Harare, Zimbabwe, Desai is a nature advocate and believes in preserving and protecting the natural environment. She currently lives in Plainsboro, N.J., with her husband and two children. She enjoys watching basketball with her sons, gardening, exercising, and cooking.
