Research to identify primary precursors to implementing and sustaining change in health care organizations

The Foundation's Investigator Awards in Health Policy Research Program was designed to support highly qualified individuals to undertake broad studies of the most challenging policy issues in health and health care facing America. This project represents a transfer request for Gloria J. Bazzoli, Ph.D., an investigator under the Foundation's Investigator Awards in Health Policy Research Program, from Northwestern University to the Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Bazzoli joined their staff as a full professor in the health management program which provides an excellent environment to interact with faculty in health organizational behavior and to strategize about her project which focuses on health organizational change. Dr. Bazzoli will continue to direct this project.
