Planning the technical assistance and direction for Active Living by Design
The Foundation's Active Living by Design program was designed to establish and evaluate innovative approaches that support active living.This contract provides support for all services required to: (1) produce a first-year technical assistance and direction budget and program for the Active Living by Design National Program Office (NPO); (2) produce a Call for Proposals to be directed toward communities and HOPE VI projects; (3) develop a public health training agenda and provide recommends to deliver this training for selected Health Champions partners; and (4) locate an organizational host for Active Living by Design NPO.
