Assessing the impact of state health reform in Illinois, Massachusetts and New York
The Foundation's program, State Health Access Reform Evaluation (SHARE), was designed to support research and evaluation of state health reform initiatives and develop an evidence base for future state and federal reform initiatives.This study grant will examine the effects of reform efforts in Illinois, Massachusetts and New York. It will assess impacts on coverage, access to and use of care, and out-of-pocket health costs using National Health Interview Survey data.
