This project will increase the diversity of individuals and perspectives in health-services research by supporting Project L/EARN, an intensive internship in social-science research for individuals from underrepresented groups. The deliverable is to provide 50 interns (including at least 10 nursing students) with financial support, instruction, one-on-one faculty mentoring and guidance in a full-fledged, health-research project.
