Continuing support for the National Health Policy Forum to inform federal health policy-making, 2011-2012
This grant supports the nonpartisan National Health Policy Forum (NHPF) in providing health policy information to congressional and executive branch policy-makers and to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF). The deliverables will include highlighting RWJF research and evaluation findings with policy-maker audiences; involving RWJF staff and grantees in policy-maker briefings; and supporting the Foundation's policy-communications function with NHPF issue briefings and research and information materials. The forum will convene nine meetings and develop three written products over the course of the project. NHPF materials will also be available for use on the Foundation's new Health Policy Connection website. No RWJF funds will be used for lobbying.
