The grant provides Roca with the resources to: (1) complete manuals for the intervention model, program implementation, and program operations; (2) complete development of performance-based management tools to ensure effective program replication; (3) build internal infrastructure, including staffing for program expansion; (4) complete early exploration work in a minimum of five locations to assess viability for replication; (5) complete comprehensive exploration in two finalist sites; and (6) complete the planning and preparation for the chosen replication site.
