Researchers with the John Jay College of Criminal Justice created an electronic database of reentry services available to prisoners returning from New York City's jails to communities in its five boroughs, and mapped these services to determine their accessibility to the returning inmates. A report of their findings, Mapping the Innovation in Correctional Health Care Service Delivery in New York City, was released in spring 2008.
