First Focus, a bipartisan children’s advocacy organization, commissioned a survey to gauge Americans’ support for provisions that may be included in final health reform legislation currently being considered by Congress. The survey found that 89 percent of respondents supported a provision to provide health coverage to all children. This survey also indicates that a provision to cover all kids would encounter little dissent from the American electorate, as only 10 percent of respondents said they opposed it.
