James R. Knickman, president and CEO of the New York State Health Foundation, served as vice president of research and evaluation between 1992 to 2006.
During that time, Knickman was instrumental in the development and evaluation of many initiatives, including disability care research and evaluations like the Cash and Counseling Demonstration and Evaluation.
